Wrapping up their recently launched Wahlburgers #WhateverYouNeedcampaign, this stop brought warm meals to their own hometown heroes.  The restaurant brand has been working with Crescent Capital, a leading alternative asset management firm, in 23 other markets to bring meals to first responders, hospital workers, nursing homes and other frontline heroes battling the COVID-19 pandemic.  The initiative debuted in Boston back in April and has made its way across the country and into Canada over the past 6 weeks.

“Not being able to be fully operational these past several weeks has been heartbreaking for our entire organization. But that hasn’t stopped our commitment to supporting the communities we serve however we can,” said Paul Wahlberg. “The town of Hingham is home to us and this community has been so incredibly supportive.  Bringing warm meals to the heroes battling this virus each and every day is the least we can do to give back and say thanks.”

On Friday, Wahlburgers provided meals to Hingham Fire, Hingham Police, volunteers from the Hingham Food Pantry, and staff at Pat Roche Hospice and Queen Anne Nursing Home.
