For the sixth consecutive week, Hingham is in the medium-risk COVID-19 "yellow" zone, with 41 new cases since last week's report.
The number of new Hingham COVID-19 cases reported each Thursday has continued to decrease over the past few weeks.
Hingham remains in the "yellow" zone --with 82 cases in the last 14 days, according to the Feb. 25 Massachusetts Department of Public Health report.
The number of new cases reported today, Feb. 25, is down from 46 reported last Thursday and 60 the previous week. The number of new cases in the last 14 days -- 82 -- is down from 106 last week and 131 the previous week. The total number of COVID-19 cases in Hingham since Jan. 1, 2020 is 1,566.
Hingham has fluctuated between the high-risk "red" and "yellow" categories in varying degrees over the past couple of months.
The mPathy COVID-19 testing center at 308 Cushing St. is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays. The 7 to 10 a.m. slots each testing day are reserved for Town of Hingham residents and employees. After 10 a.m., appointments are available to the general public.
