SANDRA J. SEWARD

Sandra J. Seward passed away peacefully on March 12, at the Pat Roche Hospice Home in Hingham, MA. She had suffered for several months with two types of cancer and the medical complications they caused. Now may she rest in peace.
Sandra was born in Boston in 1942. Her family moved to Barrington, RI, when she was a child. She graduated from Barrington High School in 1960 and from Lasell Junior College in 1962. Later she resumed her education and received an ABe, Cum Laude, from Harvard Extension in 1976. Sandra was retired from a career in Finance that began at Merrill Lynch in the 1960s.
She had many friends and greatly enjoyed spending time with them. All enjoyed attending her annual Christmas Party at her home on Beacon Hill. Her Crowfield friends will miss seeing her at their annual summer gatherings.
Sandra was predeceased by her parents, William F. Seward and Emily Besse Seward, and brother, Walter I. Seward. She is survived by brother, William F. Seward, Jr., of Roswell, GA; sisters, Suzanne S. Hurley of Hingham and Sharon McHugh of Fairfax, VA; several nieces and a nephew.
Sandy will be buried next to her parents at Forest Hills Cemetery. Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic no funeral home or grave side ceremony is planned. Burial will be private, only attended by immediate family.
