South Shore Conservatory congratulates six students from Hingham who won the recent Piano Solo Competition.
Student Samuel Jiang-Yu placed first in the eight and under age division. As the first place winner, Samuel, a student of Eugene Kaminsky, performed in the winners concert and received a scholarship.
Student Grace Chen placed first in the 11-12 age divison. As the first place winner, Grace, a student of SSC instructor HuiMin Wang, performed in the winners concert and received a scholarship.
Student Alexander Kircheis placed first in the 9-10 age division. As a first place winner, Alexander, a student of SCC instructor HuiMin Wang, performed in the winners concert and received a scholarship.
Student Samuel Isgrig placed second in the 9-10 age division. Samuel is a student of SSC instructor Maral Annaovezova.
Student Kevin Bellan placed third in the 11-12 age division. Kevin is a student of instructor HuiMin Wang.
Student Isla Burke won Honorable Mention in the age eight and under division. She is a student of Maral Annaovezova
