For the first time this year, the MIAA has released their team rankings for each sport.  Final rankings will determine playoff spots in the state tournament. The points are made up of a team's average margin of victory  and strength of schedule.

The girls soccer team is ranked #1 in Division 1.  With a record of 7-0-2, they edge out Bishop Feehan for the top spot.  Boys soccer comes in at #13 in Division 1 with a 4-0-3 record.  Field hockey has a strong showing at #12.  While their average margin of victory is one of the highest in the division, their strength of schedule, to date, is low.  Volleyball, at 4-3, debuts at a respectable 22nd with a high strength of schedule number.  The biggest surprise, however, might be the football team ranked 6th in Division 2.   The Harbormen look to go to 4-0 tonight vs Whitman-Hanson.

Rankings are released every Tuesday and Friday from now until the end of the season and are determined by results posted in ArbitorLive.
