The New England Electric Auto Association (NEEAA) will host a hybrid/electric car show and ride-and-drive event in the Hingham Public Library parking lot Saturday, May 18, from noon to 5 p.m. This event is co-sponsored by South Shore Mass 350, the local branch of a statewide organization focusing on climate change issues.
Several dealers will be present and will offer test drives. Hybrid/electric car owners will also be present to share ownership experiences.
NEEAA is one of over 30 electric car clubs across the country and is a nonprofit chapter of the National Electric Auto Association. This is a great opportunity to test-drive a hybrid or electric car without the pressure of buying one. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
