We've been busy shopping all over town and in the process we've selected a few of our favorite things that we know will be sure to make anyone on your list happy. Our local retailers are quite spectacular and have curated unique collections of holiday items at a range of price points. How lucky are we to have so many amazing retailers right here in the 02043!
Here are a few fabulous items that we loved but take our word and head into the Square and Hingham Center and shop around, we know you'll find something for everyone.
- Acquire Good - Offering so many amazing gift items for anyone on your list - from the ski bunny, to teachers and hard to shop for relatives, Tamala and her team have sourced a unique collection of items. A few favorites, include: Driftway Designs cheeseboard $75, ChappyWrap Brant Point Blues Royal Blanket $195
- La Petite Maison - The beautiful trees in the windows will draw you in and you won't be disappointed once inside - a touch of French luxury in Downtown Hingham! Our favorites include an array of awesome ornaments from Fauci to a stick of butter you can pick out a thoughtful ornament for just about anyone (ornaments start at approximately $20). We also fell in love with a set of cozy cashmere pom pom hats in colorful colors (retails for $139).
- Waterhouse - One of our favorite gifts to give is the gift of art and a stop at Waterhouse will not dissapoint. True story, some of our favorite gifts we have received over the years have been from Amber Waterhouse's unique antique and fine art collection. A few favorites that we saw this year include a Giclee Print of the "Rainbow Fleet" by Amber Waterhouse in a gold frame ready to gift and hang in your home (retails for $350), Original Wooden Whale Carving by Hingham native Brian Mitchell (trained by his father, Roger Mitchell and retails for $300)
- Intrinsic Provisions - Tucked away across from the Fruit Center, Intrinsic Provisions is an outdoor enthusiasts dream! Mark and Alyssa are so knowledgable about all of their inventory and source items you can feel really good about gifting. A few of you favorite gift items include the Demerbox "DB2" dual speaker with storage $349 and the classic Intrinsic Trucker Hat, a stylish staple for any gender, retails for $30
- Home in Harmony - Located in Hingham Center, Home in Harmony offers not only design services but also an awesome collection of gifts for the home and host/hostess! Stop in to see Christa and Marina and they'll help you find the perfect item. We love the coastal decorative napkin holders, bracelets, & oyster ornaments (starting around $25) as well as the Hingham Yacht Club oil painting in gold frame ($395)
- Hingham Medical Aesthetics - Hingham Medical Aesthetics has quickly become a go-to resource for residents looking for some self-care! A beautiful space offering body treatments, facial treatments, laser treatments, injectables, and more. Our favorites include a gift card for a Hydrafacial starting at $275. They also offer a range of ZO Skin Health medical skincare (range of prices).
- Whitney Gordon's Jewelers - A visit Whitney Gordon's Jewelers in Downtown Hingham is always a treat. Michael and Lorraine Campbell offer a range of sparkly items that are sure to bring a smile! A few favorites include a layered laser pierced diamond necklace that can be worn together or individually (starting at $725) and the children's earrings are amazing for the most sensitive little ears in a range of festive and everyday designs (starting at $12-$15+)
- Tryst- Tryst is a tranquil escape in the heart of Downtown Hingham. Once inside the hustle and bustle disappears as you indulge in self care! Tryst offers a unique selection of gifting options including candles, lotions, cosmetics and skincare products along with services for facials, skincare, brow and lash services, sunless tanning and more! A few of our favorite things, include: Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 Lotion (the most indulgent winter moisturizer, $168), a gift card for the Gua Sha Facial Fusion (starting at $225)
- Kindred- Located in Hingham Center, Kindred is a boutique filled with thoughtfully sourced, socially-conscious products, including artisan jewelry, home decor and women's clothing and accessories. At Kindred, local owner Bonnie Hertberg is particularly enthusiastic about supporting woman-owned and woman-run businesses. We had a blast searching through their shop and our favorites include the cashmere "I'm Difficult" sweater (retails for $398) and the Overseasoned "Shuck the Patriarchy" and "Cabernet & Equal Pay" Tea Towels (retails $20+)
- Hingham Jewelers - Hingham Jewelers (located on Whiting Street in South Hingham) is a must visit holiday stop with a huge variety of unique and gorgeous baubles to spoil everyone on your gift list this holiday season. They are well stocked with a wide variety of options at varying price points. Hingham Jeweler’s offers something for everyone, including some truly WOW pieces, that you won’t find anywhere else. Our favorites, include: a Sapphire Diamond Ring (wow!) and Diamond stud earrings in a variety of sizes starting at $425+)
- Trellis Home Design- Born from a love of a beautiful, colorful and happy home, Trellis Home Design's mission is to bring classic decor with a colorful flair into the homes of clients, creating vibrant and livable spaces that will stand the test of time. Walking into the Trellis Home Design Showroom and Shop in Downtown Hingham is an instant dose of happy with all the vibrant colors, gorgeous patterns and gifting options! Our favorites include the Grey Malin Puzzles ($25) and the Kerri Rosenthal "Blocks of Love" add an instant pop of color to any home (range in price from $38-$148+)
- Kloth - Kloth Hingham is a gem in Downtown Hingham with unique styles and brands for any fashionista! They offer a range of brands including Aviator Nation, Zadig & Voltaire, Sundry, Oliver Thomas, James Perse, 7 for All Mankind and Oliphant just to name a few! A few of our favorite items include the Jane Win Gold Pendants (starting at $258+) and the cozy and chic Aviator Nation sweatshirts and pants (starting at $165+)
- Mahi Gold - Mahi Gold is a curated collection of designer clothing brands for women, men and children! Top brands include Patagonia, Faherty, STIK and Dudley Stephens, and many others!
