Thomas J. Schiavo of Hingham, died June 5, 2024, he was 72. Thomas was the son of Mary (Sestito) Schiavo and the late Anthony T. Schiavo, Sr. Brother of Anthony T. Schiavo, Jr. and John Schiavo both of Hingham.
Thomas was a lifelong Hingham resident, graduating from Hingham High School Class of 1970. He went on to further his education at Franklin Institute where he studied automotive mechanics. Tom worked in the automotive trade for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in his garden, even raising a few chickens. He also enjoyed collecting classic cars. Tom will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday, June 10th from 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday,June 11th prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hingham.
