The Hingham High School Rowing Association (HHSRA) is excited to host its first-ever Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, September 14th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the beautiful Hingham Bathing Beach. This lively community event is set to benefit the Hingham High School boys and girls crew teams – one of the fastest-growing sports at Hingham High.
Whether you’re a fan of rowing or just looking for a fun evening out, this Oktoberfest is for everyone! Guests will enjoy a mouthwatering Oktoberfest meal from Al’s BBQ, ice-cold beer from Untold Brewing, and live performance by area favorites Kier Byrnes & The Kettle Burners and 3 Day Threshold. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available, making it the perfect event for families, friends, and neighbors to gather and celebrate the beginning of fall.

Your attendance helps make a lasting impact on over 100 rowers who compete each season, making rowing the second-largest sport at Hingham High. Funds raised from ticket sales, a silent auction, and a special giving wall will go directly towards essential equipment, scholarships, and resources for these student-athletes, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to row.
