Amended Recreational Boating Guidelines
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) published a memorandum on August 14, 2020 amending their guidelines for Boating & Various Other Marine and Inland Waterway Related Activities – Phase III, Step 1.
The amended guidelines now state "All recreational crafts must remain a safe distance apart. Rafting-up vessels is prohibited."
