Some weeks it’s a single game that stands out and in some it’s back to back games.  This week’s Athlete of the Week presented by College Hype managed to string together three amazing performances in four days in two states.  Senior Connor Lasch accounted for more than half of the Harbormen’s 39 goals last week with 12 goals and 8 assists.  Hingham lost a grueling triple OT game against one of NH’s toughest teams Bishop Guertin up north on Wednesday night.  The next night they bounced back 16-10 in Scituate and they hosted and beat Simsbury, CT 15-10 in their season home opener on Saturday afternoon.

“Connor is one of the hardest workers I know,” says senior captain Charlie Packard. “For the past four years, he has worked day in and day out all for moments like these past few games.  He has been one of the most dominant players on the field every game this year, and will only keep improving.  I am super pumped with the way he is playing and can’t wait to see what he has in him for the rest of the season!”

Coach John Todd is pleased with how he has stepped up this year.

“Laschy is really taking the front seat this year,” Todd explains. “Being the guy that knows what those guys can do with the ball and putting himself in a position to finish or he just distributes the ball amazingly.”

Congrats Connor on a great week!
