Bomb Threat Forces the Evacuation of Businesses

A bomb threat phoned into a retail store on Christmas Eve caused the evacuation of several businesses. Following a search with no devices found, the businesses were reopened.

On Sunday, December 24, 2023 at 2:55pm Marshalls located in the Lincoln Plaza at 400 Lincoln St., received a call of a bomb threat in a specific area inside the store. Marshalls and four adjoining businesses were all evacuated. Police and Fire Officials conducted a brief search followed by a K9 from the Massachusetts State Police Bomb Unit. No devices were found.
