The newly-opened Crow Point Suites offers furnished private offices with individual keys to allow tenants who rent space there to work at their own pace, according to their own schedule, and at an affordable rate.
"This is an ideal location on Route 3A near Crow Point Pizzeria, Locales Tacos y Tequila, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and the Hingham Shipyard," Michael Walsh -- who is on the management team -- told the Hingham Anchor. "It's also within walking distance of downtown Hingham and the Crow Point neighborhood."
The 11, smaller-sized offices of varying sizes are situated within a co-working environment that features high-speed Wi-Fi, a shared waiting room, a fully-equipped galley kitchen, conference room, private mailboxes, K-Cup coffee, and plenty of parking.
Crow Point Suites -- located at 185 Lincoln St. -- are ideal for the self-employed, entrepreneurs, start-ups, small businesses, and for those looking for an alternative to "going back to the office" rather than working from home, Walsh said.
Because the private offices are leased, tenants are only responsible for paying the rent. "We pay the overhead and provide desks and chairs -- or tenants can bring their own furniture," Walsh explained.
Crow Point Suites offers workspace within a larger professional environment that offers opportunities to strike up a conversation with other tenants while at the same time enjoying the privacy of their separate offices. "The conference room is available for getting back to meeting with clients face-to-face," Walsh said.
The idea behind Crow Point Suites is to meet a need among individuals who are looking for smaller office spaces. "There is an abundance of larger office space in the area," according to Walsh.
