The Centennial Garden Tour on June 9 from 10am to 5pm will celebrate the town of Hingham over the past one hundred years by showcasing nine beautiful private gardens and the civic garden at Old Ordinary. The gardens are located on properties in different sections of town known as Bradley Woods, Crowe Point, Historic Downtown, Hingham Centre, South Hingham, and World’s End. Each beautiful garden will reveal a different story about Hingham’s history.
Proceeds for the tour will support The Garden Club of Hingham’s mission to enhance the natural beauty of Hingham by promoting horticulture through gardening, floral and landscape design, and to encourage the conservation of natural resources.
