Weir River Farm in Hingham will have its Fall Festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7. Visit the farm animals, climb aboard a tractor, make a fall craft, play festive games, get a farm tattoo, and more. Visitors can participate in an art installation with Aaron Asis and Illegal Art. There will be plenty of food on hand to purchase from Wanderlust Food Truck, Mom on the Go, and Ribpublic of BBQ. Visitors can also enjoy ice cream from Ellie’s Treats. Local beer from Barrel House Z, Break Rock Brewery and Widowmaker Brewing will also be available to purchase. Live music will be performed by singer and guitarist Peter Mundt, the Crabgrass Bluegrass Band, and folk duo The Lied To’s. The Farm Store will be open for visitors to shop for fresh produce, cheese, baked goods, and other items. A sensory-friendly hour from 10 to 11 a.m. will be offered. During this hour, there will be reduced capacity, reduced noise and other accommodations for neurodiverse individuals and their families.
