Many of us know that feeling when you’re planning a party, and you have the date, venue, guest list, and menu confirmed. And then you remember the party favors. You may think about a theme, a budget, where to buy the favors, and how to present them aesthetically … we’re looking at you, curlicue ribbons and mini plastic bags. Well lucky for the South Shore, you now have FAVORBAR at your fingertips–a boutique, women-owned business that takes care of all your party favor needs.
Let FAVORBAR streamline the party favor so you can focus on your special event, whether it’s a birthday party, corporate event, holiday, or special occasion. FAVORAR was created by three women–Erin Esposito, Lauren Nauman, and Katie Pasciucco– who met while their children were students at Hingham Nursery School during the intense years of Covid. The three women instantly connected and loved collaborating on Covid-safe school fundraising events, always including Erin’s flair for creatively-themed favor bags.
Once in-person parties began to return, the women realized they love to plan events and had a true partnership at their fingertips. They decided to jump in and create FAVORBAR, and set up a headquarters in Hingham.
They launched last March 2023 with their creative leprechaun bags for St. Patrick’s Day, and then unveiled pre-filled Easter eggs, and sold a whopping 5,600 eggs. That’s when they knew things really were taking off.
The FAVORBAR team shares, “In the post pandemic world where lots of parties–from kids’ birthdays to seasonal events–came back in person, we recognized that it could be extremely helpful to streamline the favor process for busy parents. We created FAVORBAR to take guesswork out of party favors. No more late night searches across websites for the best deals or stops at multiple stores to get everything together to impress your guests.”
With the holidays around the corner, take one item off your busy to-do list with FAVORBAR’s holiday stocking stuffers bundles ($25 each) with boy and girl theme bundles for ages 4-plus, 7-plus, and 12-plus. Each stocking stuffer bundle comes in a white bag with all items unwrapped, making it extra easy to play Santa. All orders must be in by December 10 with pick up times to be announced.
If you’re not quite ready to think about the holiday and you’re still in “Swiftie” mode, FAVORBAR’S most recent best seller is the Taylor Swift bag, which includes: keychains, friendship bracelet, stickers, candies, and heart shaped sunglasses for just $8 a bag.
The options are endless, bags can be customizable, and FAVORBAR loves to get creative with themes. They can collate a sports themed bag, such as a hockey tournament bag with personalized keychains. Or wedding shower favor bags, which they recently shipped to the midwest (yes, they ship nationwide). And don’t forget the birthday parties. FAVORBAR offers: fairies, dinosaurs, safari, baking, candy, and superhero themes as well as completely custom options, such as co-ed bags and bags geared to various ages at an event. Prices start at $5 per favor, which includes allergen-friendly candy and themed items.
When you’re ready to make an order or inquire about a favor, simply click on the type of favor you’re interested in and fill out a short form. Or, you can contact the team via the website. Once the request comes through, the team gathers and brainstorms and presents clients with two or three options. The bags can be from the extensive menu or completely custom. Erin shares, “If someone wants something personalized– such as a name tag or keychains – we can do it! And it’s easy to pay via Venmo and we work with any budget. We deliver all over the South Shore, or can ship nationwide.”
The FAVORBAR team loves collaborating within the community as well, and most recently has partnered with South Shore Lawn Greetings creating memorable “Boo bags,” and is currently working with the Festival of Trees. Finding partnerships and creating a support network is important to these South Shore women.

Erin Esposito who grew up in Hingham, where she lives with her husband Ivan and their two children Rose and Rocco. Erin loves being active in her children’s schools and in the Hingham community.
Lauren Nauman who grew up in Shrewsbury. She resides in Hanover with her husband Jason, her two daughters Avery and Olivia. Lauren has a hospitality background and works as a realtor with Coldwell Banker.
Katie Pasciucco who grew up in Northampton. She moved to Hingham in 2015 after living in both NYC and Boston working in Digital Advertising. Katie resides in Hingham with her husband Peter and their two children John and Brooke.
