The Hingham Historical Society hosted a St. Patrick’s Day themed Volunteer Appreciation
Cocktail party on Thursday, March 16th. Over 60 of the Society’s volunteers were treated to a
festive evening of live music, traditional Irish fare, and cocktails in the ballroom of the Society’s
headquarters at 34 Main Street. A lovely toast was given by Executive Director Deirdre
Anderson thanking all of those who generously volunteered their time, energy, and creativity in
2022 to help make the Society’s numerous programs and popular community events possible
across their three properties: Hingham Heritage Museum, the Old Ordinary, and the Benjamin
Lincoln House. An evening filled with gratitude and good cheer was enjoyed by all.
