Hingham Native, John Beal, commissions new cutter for the United States Coast Guard

HORNE is the 31st Fast Response Cutter.  It’s homeport is Base Los Angeles/Long Beach, which provides a wide variety of services in direct support of Coast Guard activities in Southern California.
