The Bounders series follows the first class of cadets at the EarthBound Academy for quantum space travel. In Fractured Futures, Jasper Adams and his Bounder friends reunite and search for a way to make peace with the Youli aliens before Earth is destroyed. The Bounders series is described by Booklist as a “sci-fi space adventure sure to please middle-graders looking to get hooked on a new series,” and called “richly detailed, highly imaginative” by Shannon Messenger, author of The Keeper of the Lost Cities series.

Tesler lives in Hingham with her husband and their two boys. She wrote the first Bounders book on the commuter boat travelling to her job in Boston as an attorney. She’s now writing full time from home and can often be spotted at local coffee shops or at the library with her laptop.
