For the seventh consecutive week, Hingham is in the medium-risk COVID-19 "yellow" zone, with 45 new cases since last week's report.

The number of new Hingham COVID-19 cases reported each Thursday has remained relatively stable over the past few weeks.

Last week's Massachusetts Department of Public Health report showed 41 new cases, with 46 the previous week and 60 the week before that. The total number of COVID-19 cases in Hingham since Jan. 1, 2020 is 1,611.

There were 88 new cases reported in the last 14 days, as compared with 82 last week, 106 the previous week, and 131 the week before that.

Hingham has fluctuated between the high-risk "red" and "yellow" categories in varying degrees over the past couple of months.

The mPathy COVID-19 testing center at 308 Cushing St. is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays. The 7 to 10 a.m. slots each testing day are reserved for Town of Hingham residents and employees.
