Hingham resident and Massachusetts attorney, Judith M. Flynn, CELA, Fellow, Named President of 2024-2025 NAELA Board of Directors

The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), an association dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities, proudly announces Judith M. Flynn as NAELA President of the 2024 -2025 Board of Directors. Flynn began serving as NAELA President on June 1, 2024.

As NAELA President, she will work with the NAELA Executive Committee and staff to achieve the Academy’s objectives. She will also serve as the chief spokesperson for NAELA.

“I am honored to serve as NAELA’s President and look forward to working with our dedicated Board and staff to continue to advance our mission, provide exceptional education and community to our members, and advocate for policies that protect and empower the vulnerable populations our members serve.”

Flynn has a long history of non-profit leadership, serving as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA (MassNAELA) in 2014 after several years on the Board, and two terms as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association, in 2010 and 2011.

Flynn is a shareholder in Falco & Associates, PC and its ancillary business, Senior Resource Center, Inc., headquartered in Quincy.  She represents elders and their families in all aspects of elder law and estate planning, with a significant portion of her practice devoted to assisting clients to obtain public benefits to provide the care necessary to remain safely in the community, or to cover nursing home care when necessary.

Flynn and her husband, Bill, reside in Hingham, and have three children.
