Hingham Unity Council Plymouth and Norfolk State Senate Candidate Forum

The Hingham Unity Council will be hosting a forum on racial equity Live Streaming on Facebook and YouTube for the Plymouth and Norfolk district State Senate candidates on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. and ending not later than 8:00 p.m. The two candidates, State Senator Patrick O’Connor and Candidate Meg Wheeler have accepted the invitation to participate.

After a brief opening statement from the candidates, the Hingham Unity Council Moderator will ask questions prepared in advance.

The forum will be live-streamed on the Hingham Unity Council Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/hinghamunitycouncil/posts/196518995255932, on theirYouTube Channel (https://youtu.be/FicmmVaG5wQ), and website, www.hinghamunity.org. The forum will be recorded and will be available on the sites listed.

The Hingham Unity Council is a non-partisan organization that does not endorse parties or candidates.

The 2020 Election: Election Day is November 3, 2020. The Voter Registration Deadline is October 24.

For Early Vote-by-Mail, apply by October 28; for Early Vote-in-Person, you may cast your ballots from October 17-30. Mail-in Ballots must be postmarked November 3; mail-in ballots must be received November 6.
