Hingham Women’s Club is delighted to announce the 2024 Festival of Trees, a cherished community fundraiser that spreads holiday cheer while making a meaningful impact. This annual event will take place on Friday, December 6th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hingham Community Center.
Guests can enjoy an evening of festive joy featuring beautifully decorated charity trees, wreaths, mini trees, and unique raffle baskets donated by local businesses and individuals. Learn more about the inspiring charity trees and purchase a special limited-edition ornament uniquely representing each supported charity, with all proceeds directly benefiting these meaningful causes.
The event includes family-friendly activities such as a hot chocolate bar, delicious baked goods, and kids’ crafts. For adults, the event will feature a Wine & Beer Pull, VELO Vodka cocktails and Doctor’s Island Brewery beer on tap, adding to the festive cheer.
The Festival of Trees raises critical funds to support six local charities through the United for Good Charity Trees initiative:
● Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore

● AdeliaStrong Boston Children’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Brain Tumor
Center in honor of Adelia the Wonder Girl Fund
● Scituate Animal Shelter

Additionally, proceeds benefit the HWC College Scholarship Program, which awards three $2,000 scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in Hingham. The Hingham Women’s Club extends its deepest gratitude to the Star of the Season Sponsors—Benjamin Lincoln Real Estate, Inspire Pilates, sweetgreen, Darleen Lannon Real Estate, and US ProPaint & Renovation.
