Grade 8 Drama Classes presented class One Act Plays on Tuesday, January 9 and Wednesday, January 10 at the HMS Auditorium. Grade 7 – 12 Drama teacher Mo Fish directed four plays ranging from sublimely silly to thought-provoking and featured some of HMS finest actors. One of the plays was an original piece called Killing the Negative, written by Mrs. Fish and her students, featuring little known history from Great Depression FSA photography. The other titles included Hoodie, The Return of the Script, and The Suessification of Romeo & Juliet. While flu season pulled a few actors from the scheduled rotation, others stepped up to fill in the gaps valiantly! Two evenings of entertaining shows offered fun for all who attended!
Join HMS again on March 14 and 15 for their high-flying (quite literally!) production of MARY POPPINS JR!
