John Sogegian, 96, of Hingham passed away on September 10th, 2024.
John was born and raised in Worcester, MA. He took great pride in his amazing tomato and vegetable gardens. Loved his Red Sox and Celtics. Enjoyed reading, long walks on the beach, and listening to jazz music.
John proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Kimberly. He was a licensed plumber by profession for over 30 years.
John is survived by his children Cathy Sullivan (Leo Coppens), Bob Sogegian (Maria), and John Sogegian. His grandchildren Matthew and Brian Sullivan, William, Alex, and Mark Sogegian. His loving and devoted wife Josephine (Warrick) Sogegian preceded him in death.
The funeral services and interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne are to be private. Visiting hours and flowers omitted at request of the family.
