The Hingham Democratic Town Committee is excited to announce a virtual caucus on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm. Registered Democrats in Hingham will come together via Zoom at https://bit.ly/HDTC-2024-caucus to elect 15 delegates and 4 alternates to represent our community at the 2024 State Democratic Convention.
All registered and pre-registered Democrats in Hingham, who are at least 16 years old by February 15, 2024, are invited to participate as both voters and candidates for the delegate and alternate positions.
We especially encourage youth (ages 16 to 35), individuals with disabilities, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who may not be elected as delegates or alternates to apply to be add-on delegates. You can do this by attending the caucus or visiting http://massdems.org/massdems-convention.
The 2024 Democratic State Convention will be held in person at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA on June 1, 2024. This is a great opportunity for Hingham’s representatives to gather with fellow Democrats, shaping the future of our party and advocating for our shared values.
