Linden Ponds, an Erickson Senior Living community in Hingham, Mass., distributed more than $370,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a festive red-carpet Staff Appreciation Fund Event. The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
This year’s amount is the most ever raised for the SAF.
“The incredible generosity of residents who support the Staff Appreciation Fund matches the wonderful spirit of the season,” stated Mairi Bleakie, Director of Resident Life. “In turn, our team members have earned this recognition for their caring attitudes, creativity, and diligence.
