We know that fitness and proper nutrition go hand in hand-in-order to achieve optimum wellness. In the current climate of “social distancing," finding opportunities to enjoy your favorite sports and restaurant meals requires more creativity and a little nudge to get outside and get away from your WFH snack cabinet.

Imagine combining your fitness and nutrition goals in one place? We caught up with local resident, Lynn Cotter, who shares her favorite sport and favorite meal – and guess what? It’s all right here in one beautiful, convenient and accessible location: The Greenside Grille Restaurant located at the South Shore Country Club.

A golfer for 26 years, Lynn has successfully combined her love for the sport, and her passion for health and wellness, into a blossoming professional endeavor. She believes that one of the best things about golf is making connections. As a member of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, contributing writer for New England Golf, creator of the Facebook group “Beginner Golf For Women”, and mastermind behind @lynnonthelinks and @celerygirl Instagram pages, making connections and inspiring more women and girls to golf and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle is exactly what she is accomplishing.

A dedicated wellness advocate, Lynn inspires others with her own healthy recipes, ranging from juicing organic vegetables to creating mouth-watering homemade Bibimbap (Korean rice pot dish) on her @celerygirl Instagram page. But, when she is just coming in from playing 18 holes in the 93 degree heat at South Shore Country Club, she heads straight for her favorite local restaurant dish at the Greenside Grille (which also happens to be a “customer favorite”): Shrimp Tacos.

Open to the public daily, the Greenside Grille serves lunch and dinner from 11:00am to 9:00pm year round, offering both indoor and outdoor dining all in accordance with state & local guidelines promoting social distancing and thorough sanitation.
