Luke James Jagielski – a sweet, gentle, and loving boy, died suddenly in a tragic accident on September 13th, 2024 at the age of 12 years old. Luke was a 7th grader at Hingham Middle School.
Known for his love of animals, Luke has a special way of caring for everyone in his life: especially his mother, Aimee. The two had an extraordinary bond, a relationship anyone would be lucky to find just once in a lifetime. Halloween was Luke’s favorite holiday and an exciting time of year for him. He eagerly anticipated the festivities that came with it, showcasing his creativity, enthusiasm, and technological savviness. Neighbors and friends would come from miles around to see his intricate displays of halloween decor, making each person who visited happy and leave in awe. His tender spirit, coupled with his innate kindness, made a profound impact on those fortunate enough to know him.
He was the loving son of Anthony John Jagielski and Aimee Farrar Marvin Jagielski of Hingham. Loving brother of Kate Isabel Jagielski and Brooke Farrar Jagielski, both of Hingham. Loving grandson of Jay and Gail Marvin of Hingham, John Jagielski of NH, and the late Noi Jagielski. Loving nephew of Jim Marvin of Hingham, Jennifer Marvin Franceschi of CA, Jim Jagielski of NH, Leo Jagielski of NH, and Noi Vachon of NH. Luke is also survived by several cousins and many close friends and neighbors, who were like family.
A private celebration of Luke’s life will be held by his family.
