Richard K. Watson Jr. of Hingham, died peacefully surrounded by his family on March 30, 2025. Beloved husband and best friend for 40 years of Lindsay (Buckley). Loving father of Megan Siegal and her husband Ben of Hingham, Connor Watson and his wife Maggie of Boston, Caitlin Picher and her husband Chris of New York. Devoted “Papa” to Zoe, Eliza and Annie Siegal, and Ella Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Natalie (Copell) Watson. He is survived by his sister Laura Boyd and her husband Bob of Solana Beach, brother Daniel Watson and his wife Sharon of Seal Beach, mother-in-law Marie Buckley of North Falmouth, sister-in-law Andrea Flynn and her husband Rick of Scituate, brother-in-law Seth Buckley and his wife Beth of North Falmouth and his adoring nieces and nephews Andrew, Patrick, Keegan, Ryan, Lawson, Caroline, Daniel, Melanie and Aaron.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025 from 4-7pm at the McNamara- Sparrell Funeral Home-160 South Main Street, Cohasset. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 10:30am at St. Anthony’s Church-2 Summer Street, Cohasset, MA. Interment will be private.
