Additionally, Warren’s sister-in-law, Susan Kivlan, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends will mourn his passing.
Warren was a proud veteran, having served in the United States Army during the Korean War. We are grateful and proud of his service. He devoted his 40 plus year career to the Boston Edison Company, where he headed up the Record Center and made many lifelong friends. After that, Warren and Marcia enjoyed thirty years of retirement, including their annual winter stay at their home in Palm Harbor, FL where they golfed, spent time at the beach, and dined with their many Highland Lakes friends.
Warren’s priority was always his family. His love for them was evident every time they would walk into a room. He laughed at his own jokes, loved iced tea and his leather recliner. He was a lifelong Red Sox fan who also enjoyed playing softball and coaching little league baseball. He and Marcia lived in their beloved home in Hingham, Massachusetts for 60 years. Warren was a friend to all, who will miss seeing him out and about on the South Shore.
He asked to have a private family service, followed by a celebration of a life well lived.
