Game-day strategy for Hingham Sports Partnership’s (HSP) Comedy Night on April 3 rd included plentiful laughter, fun and fundraising. Three professional Boston comedians, Tony V, Jimmy Dunn and Will Noonan, led the offense to entertain guests at the Loring Hall Theater and assist HSP in raising $20,000 for youth and high school sports.

Following the comedy show, guests enjoyed dinner and much-anticipated camaraderie at Tosca after missing this event two years ago due to the pandemic. They bid on silent auction items, including sports and concert tickets, an autographed Dropkick Murphy jersey, jewelry and other treats that were generously donated by residents, Dropkick Murphys, The Barrel Hingham, and Whitney Gordon Jewelers.

“We are so proud to support and raise funds for Hingham sports,” says HSP president Deb McCarthy. “For three years in a row, Hingham has earned Boston Globe’s Holmes Award for having the highest winning percentage in high school sports. This is a testament to our community for its generosity and commitment alongside coaches and volunteers to raise strong, resilient student-athletes. Our student-athletes also never cease to amaze us with their spirit, drive and determination.”
