The Residence at Penniman Hill Set to Open Early 2020

The Residence at Penniman Hill is being constructed and will be operated by LCB Senior Living on the site of the former Penniman Hill Farm.The luxury independent and assisted living community will include 90 apartments, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.  In addition, there will be a secure Reflections Memory Care neighborhood.

Independent and Assisted Living residents will enjoy private apartments, complete with kitchenette, full bath, and a host of amenities. These residents will also have access to individualized assistance with the activities of daily life.  Our support services help residents remain as independent as possible, while  assisting with tasks such as dressing, showering, medication management, and more.

All residents enjoy our expansive Engagement program, which creates daily opportunities for learning, live music, art, lectures and other forms of culture, physical activities including Tai Chi and yoga, and a broad array of social events.  LCB takes great pride in providing residents with a lifestyle that is intellectually-stimulating, full of personal growth opportunities and fun. LCB’s signature Anytime Dining program allows residents to choose what they want to eat, when they want to eat between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. daily. The meals are meticulously crafted and prepared with the freshest and most local ingredients by professional chefs. Unrivaled by any other dining program in the industry, Anytime Dining provides residents with not only optimal flexibility, but the most variety to select from.

In addition, the community will offer complementary transportation, movie theater, library, living rooms, country kitchens, a bistro and many other amenities.

LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care program offers a non-pharmacological approach emphasizing cognitive health, physical wellbeing, happiness and a sense of purpose for our residents.  All care is provided by Dementia Certified Professionals.  The Reflections neighborhood will be a secure, safe environment with its own spacious common areas, outdoor recreation space, and a host of other amenities.

The community is currently a little more than 50 percent leased and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020.
