The Trustees of Reservations (The Trustees) today announces a World’s End Wellness Retreat to take place on Saturday, June 10, 5-8:30PM. Rain date Sunday, June 11.

Led by an inspirational team of wholistic health practitioners, and taking place at the top of Planter’s Hill in the World’s End reservation, this evening of mindful community includes a range of therapeutic modalities such as yoga, sound healing, drumming, art journaling, and guided meditation. Guests may shop healing arts vendors and meet local wellness experts as the sun sets over the Boston skyline.

“We are excited to be part of such an integrative experience,” says Lori Fitzpatrick of Healing Vibrations, who will be leading four other practitioners (Mike Balonis, Lauren Folan, Lauren Aloha, and Mandy Goldman) in a nature-based “sound bath” at the top of Planter’s Hill. “The practice that Mike and I bring is unique. We have both been fully trained and certified in the three fundamentals of sound- Himalayan metals, gongs, crystal tools, and indigenous shamanic sound. We combine all these modalities to bring a truly rare experience to our participants. World’s End is such a special spiritual place for me personally and I totally resonate with the land there. I’m looking forward to working with the other practitioners that night. It’s going to be an incredible experience.”

The evening opens at 5PM with a community drumming convocation closes at 8:30 with a guided sunset meditation. In between, participants enjoy two 45-minute facilitated experiences or meet local practitioners, rebalance with acupuncture, reiki, or cupping, and grab dinner from The Juice Bar Norwood and Independent Fermentations.

World-renowned Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa will be onsite for the evening. Guest may meet Chef Juliene Ardouin and enjoy a special, healthy snack from the Canyon Ranch kitchen. Staff from the spa will offer chair massage sessions. The first 200 guests to share their email addresses will receive a $250 gift card towards a stay at one of the Canyon Ranch properties.
