The Trustees of the Reservation are hosting a series of upcoming outdoor events at two of their beautiful local properties - Weir River Farm and Worlds End. Both events are not-to-be-missed and include social-distancing safety measures to protect attendees. Pre-registration for all events is required. Full details below!
Picnics on the Farm
Weir River Farm - Thursdays, July 23, August 6 & August 20 - 5:00 to 9:00
Celebrate good food and long summer nights at The Trustees' Thursday evening Picnics on the Farm! These dinners are a family-friendly event, meant to bring the community together (in groups of 6, of course!). This year, they will be hosting local food trucks - Gonzalez Food Truck, Bella Nonna and Mama Deb's Italian Food Truck - and Stellwagen Beer. Bring a picnic blanket and spread out across the farm to enjoy the view of the sun going down from Turkey Hill. Enjoy the simple things with your family - beautiful views, good food, a barnyard setting, and relaxation.
Pre-registration is required and groups sitting together cannot be larger than six. Sign up today at thetrustees.org.
World's End Camp Out
World’s End - Saturday Nights - July 25 and August 22
For only two select weekends this summer, The Trustees are hosting a unique, family-friendly camping opportunity; great for those who are new to camping and seasoned veterans alike! Pack up your camping gear, and join The Trustees on the drumlins of Worlds End to see the sunset and the stars come out. There will be an opportunity for guided walks, nighttime exploration, and relaxing under the stars. This is an opportunity not to be missed! It's a rare opportunity to enjoy the quiet and beauty of World's End by night.
Maximum of 4 people per tent. Campers should bring all of their own food, water, camping equipment, etc.
Restrooms will be provided.
Pre-registration is absolutely required for this event. For any questions please contact southshore@thetrustees.org and visit thetrustees.org to reserve a spot.
