Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pin: “A Lasting Memento of the Nation’s Thanks!”

The Town of Hingham Department of Veterans’ Services in partnership with the U.S. Commemoration Commission is providing Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pins to veterans who served during the Vietnam War period as a lasting memento of the Nation's thanks. A dignified public presentations to U.S. military veterans of that era will take place at the Grand Staircase in Hingham Town Hall on Tuesday, March 29th at 10:00am.

ALL U.S. veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period of November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location of service, are eligible to receive one lapel pin.

ANY Surviving spouses at time of death of a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period 1 November 1955-15 May 1975, regardless of location of service are also eligible to receive one lapel pin.
