Nora

On a team chalked full of talented distant runners, it might be hard to have an impact on an already successful program, especially as a 9th grader.  However, Freshman Nora Lundin has managed to do just that.  She hasn't missed a beat transitioning into Winter Track from Cross Country, where she broke the Hingham Freshman 5k and Cross Country course records.  She continued her amazing year at the D3 Championships breaking the Hingham Freshman 2 Mile record with a time of 12:18.27 (PR) and was the top Freshman 2 Mile finisher in D3.

Hingham's premiere distant runner, Junior Pria Parker, didn't disappoint at the D3 Championships.  Parker race in both long distant races placing 5th in the 1 Mile and 4th in the 2 Miles.  She led a deep Harborwomen field in the 2 Miles, which included first year runner Sophomore Eleanor Niehoff (6th place), Senior Maddie Mildrum (10th place), and Freshman Nora Lundin (16th place).

Candelieri

Following up last week's 1st place finish in the 55m Dash at the Patriot League Championships, Sophomore Francesca Candelieri placed 4th in the 55m Dash against some of the fastest runners in D3.

Tarby2

Another Freshman making her mark on this Winter Track team is Kelsey Tarby.  She was the anchor on both the 2nd place 4 x 400 Relay and the 4th place 4 x 200 Relay at the D3 Championships.  She also broke the Hingham Freshman records for both the 400m and 600m races earlier in the season.   The relay teams where a big reason why the Harborwomen finished 4th by .5 points.

Hesselman

Sophomore Trent Hesselman finished in an impressive 3rd place in the very competitive 1000m race.  The Harbormen finished 9th in District 3 Championships.

Najjar

The Boys relays teams also performed well at the D3 Championships.  Both the 4 x 200, which included Senior Christian Najjar(614) and Sophomore Avery Warshaw, and the 4 x 400 finished 5th in the meet.
